Both - Rocky and Gurminder from The Realta have been fabulous to deal with throughout the process - their knowledge and use of data, and their promptness was well appreciated. I loved their transparency and ability to understand our requirements. They were quick to understand our investment property preferences, and within a span of 2-3 deals they had calibrated themselves so that they only suggested properties they were confident we would like. Gurminder's suburb selection was impeccable, and the CMA/due diligence reports were very informative and empowered us to take quick decisions. Overall we had a lengthy period of engagement spent analysing and selecting properties that met our criteria and making prompt offers on those where numbers were stacking up as well as property met our expectations. We hadn't anticipated this but were pleasantly surprised by the team's perseverance. At one point we did feel dejected that our offers weren't getting selected, but the team was quick to take action and jump onto the next opportunity everytime our offer was passed over. Overall we made 15 offers out of 17 deals that were offered to us, which in itself was an incredible number. In the end we successfully grabbed a property through them, which ticked all our criteria. Thank you Team Realta for making it happen. We were thinking about starting property investing since 2021 but being Melbourne based the options were limited under our budget, we really didn’t understand how the numbers will look like hence couldn’t action, we also felt risk. Locations expert Gurminder explained us the end to end to process, gave us information about the locations which are about to get hot backed with research papers, it made us comfortable, and we took the action. I have only good words to say about The Realta team.
