We got in touch with Rocky through one of the property related facebook groups, we were looking into buying an investment property and his genuine commentaries on members queries prompted us to reach out. Both - Rocky and Gurminder from The Realta have been fabulous to deal with throughout the process - their knowledge and use of data, and their promptness was well appreciated. I loved their transparency and ability to understand our requirements. They were quick to understand our investment property preferences, and within a span of 2-3 deals they had calibrated themselves so that they only suggested properties they were confident we would like. Gurminder's suburb selection was impeccable, and the CMA/due diligence reports were very informative and empowered us to take quick decisions. Overall we had a lengthy period of engagement spent analysing and selecting properties that met our criteria and making prompt offers on those where numbers were stacking up as well as property met our expectations. We hadn't anticipated this but were pleasantly surprised by the team's perseverance. At one point we did feel dejected that our offers weren't getting selected, but the team was quick to take action and jump onto the next opportunity everytime our offer was passed over.
