I run a company in Melbourne that renovates properties for owner-occupiers, investors, or developers, so I have a good idea of how the real estate industry operates.

When I met Rocky through a network, he clicked on the spot. We had a discovery call during which he transparently explained what to expect, what I would achieve, and the costs involved. Gurminder is again a very humble personality and highly knowledgeable, he explained very simply which locations are we targeting and why. Their research was top-notch and I believed them. Both – Rocky and Gurminder from The Realta have been fabulous to deal with throughout the process – their knowledge and use of data, and their promptness was well appreciated. I loved their transparency and ability to understand our requirements. They were quick to understand our investment property preferences, and within a span of 2-3 deals they had calibrated themselves so that they only suggested properties they were confident we would like. Gurminder’s suburb selection was impeccable, and the CMA/due diligence reports were very informative and empowered us to take quick decisions. Overall we had a lengthy period of engagement spent analysing and selecting properties that met our criteria and making prompt offers on those where numbers were stacking up as well as property met our expectations.
