Both – Rocky and Gurminder from The Realta have been fabulous to deal with throughout the process – their knowledge and use of data, and their promptness was well appreciated. I loved their transparency and ability to understand our requirements. They were quick to understand our investment property preferences, and within a span of 2-3 deals they had calibrated themselves so that they only suggested properties they were confident we would like. Gurminder’s suburb selection was impeccable, and the CMA/due diligence reports were very informative and empowered us to take quick decisions. Overall we had a lengthy period of engagement spent analysing and selecting properties that met our criteria and making prompt offers on those where numbers were stacking up as well as property met our expectations. We were thinking about starting property investing since 2021 but being Melbourne based the options were limited under our budget, we really didn’t understand how the numbers will look like hence couldn’t action, we also felt risk.
