Rocky Rana is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and founder of The Realta Property Buyers Agency, launched in 2023 after his tenure at Ray White Real Estate in Melbourne, where he mastered how to sell properties for top value – be it private sale or at auction. He now uses those same insights in reverse to help clients buy smarter and save thousands. Since founding Realta, Rocky has personally overseen over 200 real estate transactions, with an average property value of $550,000, representing more than $110 million in successful purchases for clients across Australia.

Before real estate, Rocky worked at the Commonwealth Bank, where he has worked in home lending, gaining a strong understanding of finance and loan structures. His property investing journey began in 2005, and he has since lived and invested across India, the UK, the US, and Australia – wherever opportunity arose.

Inspired by his father, who built a small property empire in India, Rocky turned those lessons into a lifelong mission: helping families achieve financial freedom through strategic, data-driven property investing. With over 20 years of global experience, he leads The Realta – Property Buyer’s Agency with authenticity, discipline, and results.
