Before The Realta – Property Buyer’s Agency, Palak worked in human resources with companies like Unicommerce and Snapdeal, where she specialised in hiring top executive talent and driving organisational performance. She also ran her own entrepreneurial venture, gaining hands-on experience in business management and brand growth.

At The Realta – Property Buyer’s Agency, Palak manages marketing agencies, social media, and brand partnerships, keeping the company’s marketing engine running smoothly. She is also the Executive Assistant to Rocky, managing his calendar and daily operations – and as the team jokes, without her, Rocky would probably miss half of his meetings!
