An engineer by qualification with a Master’s degree in Management, Gurminder Singh blends analytical thinking with real-world property expertise in his role as Head of Research at The Realta Property Buyers Agency. Before joining The Realta – Property Buyer’s Agency in late 2023, he was building his own property portfolio while also excelling as a top-performing sales agent at Ray White Real Estate in Melbourne, where he was recognised as the number one agent in his area.

At The Realta – Property Buyer’s Agency, Gurminder leads a specialist team of data scientists, researchers, property acquisition specialists, and customer success managers. Each year, he oversees the purchase of more than 200 properties for Realta’s clients, with an average equity growth of over $150,000 in just 12 to 24 months.

A passionate investor himself, with over eight properties under his belt at the age of 33, Gurminder’s research and data-driven approach continues to guide families toward confident and profitable property decisions.
